QUALITY ASSURANCE

We carry out our design and engineering activities in compliance with relevant national and international standards and codes. The key standards followed in our day-to-day engineering practices include National Fire Protection Association (NFPA, USA), FM Global, Underwriters Laboratories (UL, USA), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS, India), VdS Germany, Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB, UK), European Standards (EN), and National Building Code (NBC, India). We also adhere to the requirements of local fire authorities and other applicable statutory bodies and departments wherever required.

Quality Control in our products and services is maintained in accordance with national and international standards such as ISI, UL, FM, LPC (CFO), and NFPA. It is an integral part of our organization’s working culture and is consistently practiced in all engineering and design activities on a daily basis. Quality Assurance is the primary responsibility of every individual, from the Chairperson to every workman. It is implemented at each stage of engineering as an essential part of our duty and commitment.

Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials are thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet predefined quality standards. This step helps in detecting defects early, maintaining consistency, and ensuring only compliant materials are used in production.
Critical production parameters are continuously monitored to ensure processes remain within acceptable limits. Real-time data collection and analysis help prevent deviations and maintain high-quality output across all stages of fabrication.
Periodic checks are conducted during the manufacturing process to detect errors or inconsistencies. These in-process inspections allow for immediate corrective actions, reducing rework and ensuring product reliability.
Before delivery, all finished products undergo rigorous quality testing and validation. This includes dimensional accuracy, performance verification, and compliance with industry standards to guarantee end-user satisfaction.
Every step of the quality measurement system is documented, providing complete traceability. Detailed records allow for audits, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety and quality certifications.
